This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at

Delivery Costs

All packages will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service

£3.65 (April 2026)

Order Processing Time

All orders placed of in stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days. 

Delivery timescales of bespoke items will be discussed prior to order being placed.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of order as I cannot be responsible for lost orders dues to incorrect address details.

International Orders

I currently only take orders from and deliver to the United Kingdom.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been sent, I will send you a confirmation email.

Returns and Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if you are not please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item.  Following discussion,  it should be returned in its original packing within 14 days of receiving the item.  The returns postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and I recommend that you use a tracked service as I cannot be held responsible should the package be lost in transit.
