Legal Information
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Sarah Blundell Jewellery and the purchase of products from my website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. I am currently taking orders from the UK mainland only. I reserve the right to refuse any order at my discretion. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. I accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Due to postal costs, I am currently only delivering to the UK mainland.
5. Returns and Refunds
I hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. Product Description
I strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. However, as each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur. Images of some items may not be the actual item you receive and are for illustrative purposes only.
7. Hallmarking:
In Compliance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973, all items made from Sterling Silver require a hallmark if they weigh 7.78g or over, therefore any items over this weight will be hallmarked by the London Assay Office and will bear my makers mark SAB
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for fulfilling your order.
9. Liability
Sarah Blundell Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of my products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
